Introduction: I specialize in tree stump removals (grinding or excavation) since 1989. I also do excavation and grading, drainage, and am a State of CT Licensed septic installer, as well as HAZMAT certified for oil tank removal and environmental remediation. Basically I do anything that has to do with dirt or rock! I am proud to announce the opening of my newest expansion to my business. Country Kiln Firewood. Offering a premium quality kiln dried firewood. I am a Mom and Pop operation but the beauty of being a "one man band" is that all the work is done by me!! My clientele range from the 'Smith's" down the street from you to celebrities and a President. I also work for municipalities and golf courses to Central Park. I provide the same level of service for everyone!!! I was taught a long time ago that you are only as good as your last job and 1000 good words won't go as far as 1 bad one. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with the prospective client to assess their needs. I will suggest my best resolution and provide a quote for the work to be performed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very aware of what your paying for. Not everyone will provide the same service, quality and finished project. Ask for proper insurance!! Excavating insurance is required for stump removal...Not landscapers insurance.
