- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate service call of $98 during normal Business hours Monday to Friday. The technician then diagnoses the problem and gives you up front pricing before the repair is completed. We give free estimates on equipment replacements
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first Need to collect Customer information, Like Contact Info and address to insure customer is in our service area, we then talk about the nature of the service or project the customer is interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are NATE & EPA certified to work with the high tech HVAC systems of today. They have graduated from tech schools and are experienced.
