- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary. Not every pet needs the same grooming attention as the next. Every dog is different and requires different grooming. Our prices depend on the pets needs, the condition of their coat, their behavior, and the haircut you'd like you 4 legged baby to have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When booking an appt with us, we just see that your pet has all the proper vaccinations before bringing in the pup or kitty. We also like to know your little ones personality and their take on the grooming process. This will help us determine what grooming techniques to use when grooming your pup or kitty. Upon arrival, we will thoroughly check your baby, insuring there are no mats, skin issues, wounds, fleas and/or ticks, etc. We will also discuss what bath or haircut you would like for your pet. We do not care your pets unless you would prefer us to or if your pet requires caging. Once the grooming process is over, you will receive a call or text for you to pick up the baby.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While going to school for Veterinary Medicine, I wanted to find another way of working with animals and their parents. What better way to deal with and help animals than to learn about their grooming needs and help pet parents learn how to properly care for their pets hygienic needs.
