- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customer to get a general idea of what they are looking for. We take measurements as well as pictures. Once we have all the information needed we come back to the office and draft a proposal for signature. Once a contract is signed, we schedule within 2 weeks, and while working for the customer we keep a clean work environment. We make sure if any issues arise they are addressed promptly with the customer.

We are 4th generation, so it has been passed down.
