- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fees are reasonably priced based on the type of charge. Payment plans are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I retain a client, I will get information on his or her background, listen to his or her version of the facts and identify any possible defenses. Then, I will order and review police reports and additional discovery to determine what evidence supports the charges. After, I will walk through the discovery with my client. We will come up with a plan to obtain the most favorable outcome given the circumstances of the case and the client’s goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Recently, I attended the Criminal Defense Trial Practice College hosted by the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan. This was a 3-day, hands-on training where I learned techniques on how to win cases at trial.
