- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a wide range of specialized services and my prices are based on the amount of time and effort that goes into the tasks required of me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an initial phone/email consultation to get things started. At that time I offer an estimate. Then I schedule an appointment with the client to meet in person and view the property to further assess what services are needed to generate the clients desired outcome. At that time I provide the client with a final quote for my services. If they are satisfied with what we have discussed I present them with a detailed invoice describing the services I will be providing them and what they are responsible for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been providing cleaning services for the past 4 years for Realtors and private home owners. I have an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Business Management. Prior to owning my own business I worked in Retail Customer Service for many years. I have also been cleaning my own home for 15+ years. I also have 6 years of event planning experience from small graduation/birthday parties to large scale fundraisers and galas.
