- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on work required. Once project specs (or even rough specs) are agreed to a cost estimate is provided. Rough costs can be provided if project follows standards set by previous work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting or phone conversation to understand issues that led to need for my expertise. Next is proposal development then agreement to final specs including timing and costs. Project works begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA in Marketing and career in marketing and research including developing consumer insights to help grow businesses.
