The tech that came to fix my printer was not familiar with my actual printer model, so was having problems trouble-shooting to see what the problem was. When I described my problem I specifically mentioned the model of the printer and what the issue that I was encountering, and the tech replied that he knew what the problem was and would be able to fix it. He came without any tools to work on the printer. He was able to get it partially fixed, but was to return to finish the process. Then he called to say he was going to have to take the printer off site in order to fix it. I wanted the work to be done on-site so I haven't decided if I want to agree to such a step. The gentleman was very courteous and apologetic when he couldn't complete the project. He brought another gentleman with him, I suppose to help him.
