Introduction: We love seeing people enjoy their special day. This should be the happiest time of their lives and should be stress free. We strive to provide excellent service to our customers. We really enjoyed planning our weddings, and just did not want it to end. This is not just weddings though. Our full service package includes engagement party, bridal shower, and bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Alex was dedicated and detailed throughout the whole wedding planning process. Having her here really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. After struggling to find a wedding planner in our budget, I found Alex. Her prices were reasonable in comparison to others I was looking at. She was with us (me, now-husband didn't really care about details haha) since day one. The end result was a beautiful wedding that I don't think could have been any more perfect. Thank you, Alex! Answer phone calls and not cancel appointments. She got my money and did nothing besides write a contact.

Kasandra, I have various phone calls and texts I sent you. You also never responded to my last email or sent any additional emails. I honestly thought you may have cancelled your wedding plans at this point. We also had several appointments that you cancelled at the last minute. I am sorry you had a terrible experience but please take some personal responsibility in the matter.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are standards but it is also a case by case basis. The price can vary based on what the client wants based on our packages, how many guests, size of the venue, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to really get to know the client. The best way to plan a wedding or any event is to really get to know your clients, almost the way a friend would. The more you know about a client, the better service you can provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Business and have my wedding planning certification.
