Windows & storm windows on older home really needed cleaned had some hard water build up inside windows look good no effort on getting hard water off. I suggested using vinegar, he said they didn't use vinegar. It doesn't even look like the outside has been touched. Broke one window they took and had repaired. I wish they would have come to me about the outside ones before starting if they didn't think they could clean them. They never touched the window seals to brush any dirt out I felt they started out strong and got tired and slacked off towards the end. Not completely satisfied. Poor communication. If the outside storm windows needed special chemicals it should have been brought to my attention.
