- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BANKRUPTCY Chapter 7 Single Person: $800.00 (plus $335 filing fee and $75 credit report fee). That's a $290 discount for using Thumbtack! Married Couple: $1,450.00 (plus $335 filing fee and $150 credit report fee). That's a $210 discount for using Thumbtack! Chapter 13 $1,500.00 down (plus $310 filing fee), balance of $2,000 paid through Plan. Same fee whether you are single or a couple! In very rare instances other fees may apply (less than 1% of cases).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our free initial consultation we discuss our prospective client's goals and objectives. We evaluate their case and then advise what course of action will best meet those objectives, the time-line, cost, and likelihood of success. We provide honest and thorough answers to your toughest questions. We do NOT require that a prospective client gather lots of information and documents prior to meeting with us. This is usually unnecessary because we can often render an opinion based upon 20+ years of experience without a lot of paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Oklahoma attorney, and I have been practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, trusts & wills (estate planning), probate, and business law for over 20 years. My team of attorneys bring over 50 years of cumulative experience in the representation of our clients.
