- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for routine services and basic products are posted on my website. I am generally able to discount services by 10 percent when performing two or more services, such as installing a set of springs and a garage door opener, or servicing two doors at the same address.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact for quote. Call or email to confirm appointment, normally the next work day, same day if emergency and I am available.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I normally work with homeowners having work done on their own residence. I am available to work with management companies and landlords on residential doors only.
