- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically work with new customers by appointment and come to their home and inquire about the size of the project, how soon they need to complete it. Later that I inquire from a vendor about prices for materials, equipment and arrival times. Soon after I give a quote for the work to be done. Finally I sign a contract to agree on the work to be done and the amount to be dispersed.
