FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing structure depends on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is the hardest: sorting and purging. I am right there with you all the way helping make the best decisions for you. I am a hands-on organizer. I am getting down and dirty with you pulling things out of cabinets, dusting bookshelves, schlepping trash and boxes, etc. My job is to keep you focused and on task to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Organizer since 2009. This is the gold standard in the organizing profession and requires you have 1,500 hours of onsite organizing work under your belt before you can sit for the exam. We are tested on project management, time management, action plan development, work flow processes, and ethics and legal issues, as well as client evaluation, follow-up and maintenance.
