Yoga can be taught anywhere. I've taught to people ranging from a body builder to someone with rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga is an individual practice that everyone can benefit from. Once people see results and they get excited, that makes me love my job even more!

I hired Kristin as a private yoga instructor and she is phenomenal, she had a passion for her work that can only be found in those rare moments in your life. She listens to the type of training you are looking for and works with you accordingly.Her cues for getting you into a pose are easily understandable, and she does it all with patience and a smile. Any other yoga teacher I have will have a lot to live up yoo
