We had water & moisture getting in are foundation & basement, that caused so much damage & mold. So, Mr. Matzen dug a deep trench around are home, cleaned and sealed the foundation. Then installed a foundation weeping / drainage tile system. We liked this way of a dry basement, because we stopped the water from coming in from the source (outside) and is saving are foundation from the moisture. Are sump pump and dehumidifier doesn't even come on anymore. We are very happy with everything, from start to finish. We now have peace of mind and get to enjoy are basement now. Very professional, honest, timely, and nice equipment. Highly recommended.
