FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pavement material makes up half the cost of most estimates. Since quantities may vary so much, it's difficult to quote all estimates the same way. Most removal and replacement for residential driveway can range from $2.20-$4.00 Psf for asphalt and $6-$12 Psf for concrete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1). We usually send a proposal and wait for a returned signed copy by the client. 2). Once we have a signed proposal, we coordinate picking up a copy of a plat of survey from them to submit to village for the permit process. 3). Once the permit is ready for pickup (usually 1-14 days), the driveway will be scheduled to be completed. 4). We usually require 1-3 days to complete from start to finish. 5). Once completed, we request the homeowners to stay off pavement for 2-3 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend training seminars every year at the national pavement association. We focus on safety, best practices, and so much more.
