- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have three types of processes: -- Do It Yourself (I act more as a coach, or direction pointer along with some processes that I provide). -- Do It With You (I act more as a consultant and push you to get some stuff done as well as complete some pieces for you). -- Done for You (You outsource work to me).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Marketing -- The first session is usually a quick phone call to establish some connection and coordinate where meetings will occur. I like to know the big picture for the business before we try to solve any marketing issues. I like feedback in both directions. I take an interactive approach to all the work. Speaking -- I want to know the audience and why they are attending the event. I want to know where I fit in the speaker slot. Will there be risk of changing the available time I have. Will there be a stage, mic, and other equipment.

Education - BA MBA Training - 30+ years of OJT Numerous workshops, conferences, webinars--leading and receiving, and more, books, tapes, seminars, etc.
