Referrals from you will allow me to offer higher discounts on future services because I’m happy to help you out, even happier when you help me out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person to discuss the job further, go over any concerns they have, describe what I would do and how I’ll do it to accomplish their tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years on a farm, 2 in electrical, I’ve done just about all of it.
