FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is à la carte, so that you never pay for anything you don't want or need. We charge a flat fee for our on-location time, and then you choose how you would like your film edited.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we look at your event and what your needs are. How much coverage time is needed? What are you looking for in a finished product? Once you're happy with the package, we book. We like to hear about your style and anything you do/don't like as far as films go. We want to hear about your story so that we can try to reflect that in your film.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up with videocameras in our hands. Back in the early 2000's, we used to make music videos and movies with our friends. It was a natural progression to start filming weddings when our friends started to get married. We've never looked back since the first wedding we filmed in October of 2007.
