Introduction: I try to focus on the needs and wants of my clients mixed with what I know is tried and true. I like to leave an event knowing that everyone was blown away by the food. I focus on the freshest ingredients prepared well to create a dish that highlights the ingredients in their simplest yet most perfect form. I specialize in Northwest cuisine. I like to bring together ingredients from across the Northwest that give my clients a real sense of where they are and what this region has to offer. In addition to highlighting great ingredients, I also like to present it in a way that makes people say, "WOW". Its all about the Chef Zach WOW factor.
