I hired Robert to install engineered hardwood in a room. He showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job. The new floor was higher so he cut and adjusted all the doors. He also did a good job of cleaning up when he was done - much better than most contractors I've hired. I hired him to come back and install a glass tile kitchen backsplash as well. He showed up on the day we had it scheduled, knocked it out and left the place looking great. His job quotes were very reasonable and I'm happy with the work he did.

Robert showed up each day as expected. He takes great pride in the work he does. Amazing quality work at a very reasonable price. He cleaned up very good at the end of the project and walked through the house with us to ensure we were happy with all aspects of his work. We couldn't ask for a better installation, I'm sure we will use him in the future. He even trimmed some doors for us to fit the new floor installation at no charge, we couldn't be happier. Thanks for the hard work and effort to ensure we were 100% satisfied.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them on the phone and then I set up a reasonable time to meet them. We will discuss what is needed/wanted. I take my time and give an estimate based on the customers needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for several carpet stores 25 years ago in the Greenville, SC area. I eventually had enough training to start my own business, That was 23 years ago and I have been an owner ever since.
