We pride ourselves on beating our competitors prices without sacrificing top quality work
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them on the phone and then I set up a reasonable time to meet them. We will discuss what is needed/wanted. I take my time and give an estimate based on the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for several carpet stores 25 years ago in the Greenville, SC area. I eventually had enough training to start my own business, That was 23 years ago and I have been an owner ever since.
