We met with Patrick for about 2 hrs. He discussed the issues with us and then called an IRS rep while we were there so we knew what was needed to resolve our problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Fees were reasonable. It took several months to resolve but he kept us apprised throughout the process. If you have a problem with the IRS I would highly recommend Patrick.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have affordable rates for every taxpayer. In fact, most of our fees are flat rate, meaning that you know what the costs will be up front before you leave the office. We can also set you up with affordable monthly payments. You also have the comfort of knowing that you have hired the best tax resolution firm in the Chicagoland area owned by a former IRS attorney!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting with our clients in our Elmhurst office where you will sit across from a former IRS attorney, not simply talking to a salesman in another state. You will sit in the building we own in the town we live in, which says a lot about us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Patrick Sheehan is a former IRS attorney and has been in business for 27 years. He worked as an attorney for the IRS for 5 years. He also taught at Loyola School of Law in Chicago for 9 years and was the Director of the Student Federal Tax Clinic. Greg Dzialo was an intern with the Illinois Department of Revenue and has a Masters Degree in tax law. We are well suited to help you with your IRS problem!
