Introduction: Hello, my name is Irving Hyppolite and I am the founder and CEO of Quantum Leap Fitness, a health and fitness program started in 2014. I am a certified personal trainer and have been working with clients for over 8 years. I’ve managed company gyms and excelled at bringing my clients fitness goals to life. In addition, as an effort to further educate our community about health and fitness, I host a fitness Podcast on iTunes called Quantum Leap Fitness and serve as a motivational speaker for inner city students. Taking the lessons learned from my diversified experiences in fitness I have created a program that aims to give my clients all the tools they need to be successful. No two clients are the same and I take pride in the attention to detail that each client receives when they join the program. Now owning my own private studio I provide tailored training along with resources such as a fitness blog that gives my readership workout tips, videos , and fitness information. I’ve used this platform with QLF to reach over 300,000 readers and hope to continue to educate and provide excellent service. At QLF we take great pride in the level of accountability we hold our clients to. Every training program is created with clear and measurable benchmarks for success and we make sure to provide you with all the right tools you need to reach them! We also take pride in the knowledge we have in different fields including: Functional Training Athletic/performance training Weight loss HIIT Muscle Toning Nutrition Youth Training . Over the last 8 years we have enjoyed working with hundreds of people ranging from professional athletes ,fitness models, youths aged 12-17, and seniors. Our goal is to change the world 1lb at a time.

Irv is great at what he does! After years of going to the gym on my own, ordering home videos, and following fad diets only to see mediocre results, I knew when I was planning my wedding that I needed a professional to get me into the shape I wanted for my big day. And I am so glad I found Irv! He held my hand through it all (which was important to me since I’ve never worked out with anyone before). Irv guided me through nutrition, learning correct form, and taught me not to be scared of lifting weights. And because of his help, I was able to lose over 20lbs and tone my body the way I wanted in time for my wedding day. Irv is different than the rest in that not only does he truly care about you as a client, but is also paving the way for the future through his informational (and humorous) blog and podcast. Irv has been my personal trainer now for over a year in total and he is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I've worked with other trainers in the past, and none has come close to doing half the job Irv does with me. He pays close attention to what works for my body, he pushes me to reach my full potential each and EVERY session, and motivates me to persevere through the tough days when I feel discouraged. Irv has helped me reach and go beyond my fitness goals. I went from an out of shape and overweight 184 pounds to a strong, toned, solid 170 pounds. I don't trust anyone else to help me reach my fitness goals and I always recommend Irv to my family and friends that want to see real results!!

Irv has been my trainer on and off for over three years and I couldn’t be happier with our progression. I considered myself a pretty active person, dancer most of my life and in generally good shape. When we started the program the goal was to lose 25 pounds which I mysteriously put on upon entering the workforce after finishing my undergrad. Not only did Irv customize a program for me, but he really pushed me to think about health and fitness in a more holistic way. I was a difficult client as I had previous injuries from my dancing years but he was very accommodating and made sure to find very creative ways to get the job done. We hit target after target during each weigh in and the accountability was a huge part of my success. After some time I didn’t want to let him or myself down, he only asked that I gave him 100% and he would match the effort. Together we surpassed the 25 pound goal (to be honest I have not gained back that weight since, in large part due to the change in mentality Irv instilled while we trained) and I realized my body was capable of so much with proper nutrition and exercise. We currently work on maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle and getting those gainz! Irv is truly passionate about his work, he is dedicated, hardworking and will get you the results you are looking for.

I've had Irving as a trainer for several months, and it was been a great experience. He is dedicated to his craft and extremely motivating. I used to exercise by myself for a few months, and was at a standstill. I hardly noticed any changes. With Irving, I've seen the difference in my body in less time. My favorite thing about training with Irving is that he really does push you to do better because he cares. He knows that it is possible to do two more push ups even when you're tired. This is the kind of motivation that I, and many people need in order to see results. I'm proud to say that I train with him, and all in all, my body is thankful for it. Besides just training, there is a lifestyle change that I started to undergo which altered my eating, drinking and sleeping habits. Irving ensures that you are accountable for every pound lost. His methods and exercises are new and refreshing, and I'm never "bored" when I step into the gym with him. I can't wait to see my body in the next few months. You won't go wrong training with Irving, and your body will thank you.
