I have worked with Steve Exum both professionally and personally. He did my wedding photos and we enjoy those every day because there is not a table or shelf in our house without a framed image from the wedding. As the Director of The Alamance Regional Charitable Foundation I have found him to be professional and thorough with a huge amount of creativity. He works quickly to get things back to you in a timely manner if you are on a schedule. He also works well with the media in sending the images that are needed along with names of those in the photos. He is willing to go to extreme lengths to get the desired image. An example of this was when we did underwater photos for an event one winter. Some of the people we needed to photograph could not attend at the indoor pool shoot we did. Steve was willing to do a secondary shoot at an outdoor pool in 40 degree weather! The shots turned out great, and they were a huge crowd pleaser with our guests. The staff Steve brings are always extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend Exum Photography to anyone wanting to make a memory or a lasting statement. He is top notch! We are lucky to have such talent and professionalism in our area of the world!!!

Steve photographed our wedding day in 2008. He was such a pleasure to work with! Was great with planning prior to the day, and worked with us to suggest pictures as well as listened to the specific moments we wanted to capture. The day of the wedding he caught all of our special moments and more allowing us to remember the day forever!! Luckily for me, several friends used him as well after our wedding so I have had the pleasure of running into Steve again, and seeing his beautiful photos, throughout the years! I cannot say enough nice things about Steve. Aside from the beautiful photos that he takes, he is such a nice, fun, easy person to work with! An all around enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Exum Photography to anyone.

Steve and his team photographed my sister's wedding in May 2015. I was familiar with Steve's photography so I knew his amazing talent would be a great wedding gift for my sister and brother-in-law. Steve did not disappoint. He nailed my sister's personality and her style in every...single...image. Every one of his images (hundreds and hundreds of images - one more breathtaking than the next) , depicting a unique moment captured for all of time to remind Laura and Reid of their special day...like their own personalized art museum that they can tour anytime they want to open their wedding album. Steve was bursting with creativity and was willing to do WHATEVER it took for a great shot. He was easy-going and fun, yet professional and focused. I'm not sure how he did it, but he kept my high-maintenance sister laughing and relaxed all day long. I can't say enough good things about our exoerience! Thanks Steve and gang!!

Steve shot my wedding and I have referred him to over 10 friends who have been more than pleased with their photos. He's a talented photographer, so easy to work with, a joy to be around, super creative and has a ton of energy. He's able to capture every moment. He took beautiful group shots and also doctumented so many precious unplanned moments with his candids. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else to shoot an event. If he's still at it, he will certainly photograph both my daughters weddings one day!
