FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Outsourcing accounting, payroll, and HR functions can save about 50% of the cost of an FTE Employee. We work with our clients and would like to reach a reasonable rate based on the scale and duration of the project or work to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we enter into a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement with the prospective or new client. Then, we'd like to perform an assessment of the client's requirements which would include a one-on-one discussion with the client (executives, possibly managers, and employees), and reviewing business processes, operations, documents. Once, we clarify the goal(s) and expectations, and how we would like to work with each other, we would submit a proposal to enter into an agreement. Upon signing the agreement, we start working for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our accountants and payroll specialists have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting. Human resources professionals are trained in employment law and human resources management.
