Introduction: I, James (Jimmy) Pavlick, am the sole owner of Pavlick's Sealcoating which has been in business for 4 years. We specialize in sealing, repairing, and linestriping of asphalt surfaces for commercial lots and residential properties. Only the highest quality products supplied by Sealmaster are used to ensure a finished project to withstand the elements. Asphalt sealing is taken care of by means of edge brushing and spray method using a water based coal tar sealer. Edge brushing is always done along garages, decorative stone, walkways, mulch, etc. Crack or damage repair is taken care of by first removing any debris from the damaged site. Once the crack or damage is cleaned out rubber tar melted at 400 degrees is then poured and blended with the surrounding surface. Line striping can be worked out to fit your needs by use of line locking equipment and stencil work. Your satisfaction with our work is the goal we strive to achieve every job no matter how large or small. seal coating prices start at $0.19/sq.ft. and crack and damage repair prices start at $1.00/lineal ft. I offer a 20% discount via cash only. Prices may vary based on conditions of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have my cell phone number posted which a customer can call to set up a time to meet at the location for the project. I would come out to give a free estimate and it would be up to the customer whether or not to move forward with the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previous expierience in the sealcoating idustry working under contractors, helping in the summer months of my highschool years. I've learned about the products i use directly through sealmaster leading sealcoating supplier in the Lehigh Valley.
