FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by reviewing the critical present need and reviewing the business mission and goals to find a solution that will both address the present need and begin to create structure and procedure to prevent issues in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in management accounting and am working on a Masters in Management and Leadership. I have training in Payroll and Human Resources law and business process re-engineering.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working a few years as an accountant I found that while I am very good at accounting, the parts of my work I enjoyed the most were problem solving, strategic planning, forensic accounting, process design and business system design. I love finding the solutions, working on better ways to do the work we do. I see so many small businesses with potential to be extraordinary but failing or faltering due to lack of structure and planning. I discovered that the best way for me to be extraordinary is to help you be even more extraordinary than you already are!
