- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers most generally come by word of mouth. First impressions matter!! someone will call, text, facebook me, or see me in person to inquire about my services. At that time I decide if I am the right guy for the job, I will NOT take a job I am not comfortable with, either scope of work or personality. I will then listen (yes, LISTEN)) to what the potential client needs AND wants accomplished in the scope of work, determine what equipment, tools, machinery, time and materials are needed to fulfill the agreement. calculate the ESTIMATED cost and give my thoughts, advise and price information to the "client" ..... Then wait for the answer.
