- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a conversation over the phone or in person to understand our customer's project/business and their marketing, sales, and business goals. From there, we work backward to explain how our marketing services and expertise in the industry can and will help our clients achieve those goals. We don't like hard sales ourselves so we never practice hard selling.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are MANY self-proclaimed 'social media gurus,' 'marketing pros' and 'social media experts' out there. Before working with someone make sure to take a good look at their website, their social media channels. Make sure their website looks great! Make sure their social media accounts have a big following. Ask them for case studies from current/past clients.
