Introduction: Find your peace. No matter what the issues are that bring you, your teen, or your family to therapy, I will battle them with you. People come to therapy for many different reasons. Often they feel stressed, stuck, or depressed. Sometimes they are facing a major obstacle or change; other times, they just need help sorting one or two things out with a professional.
