- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer decides to book my services, I like to meet with them to fill out a service contract to find out exactly what the customer wants/expects of my DJ, Karoake and/or photo booth service and collect a deposit to hold the date/time of booking. I make sure the customer has my contact information so that if any questions or concerns arise, they can contact me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have loved music all my life. I sang all through my youth and then a friend started up a karaoke/DJ business. I would help her with it at times. Now I have many friends that DJ and I have learned alot from them. I have also taken some training courses and continue to learn what I can to help me make sure my customers receive the best service possible. I started out as a karaoke jockey myself and have branched out into DJing events from there and I love it.
