FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the level of complexity of the project. The first hour or so are generally spent learning of a client's needs and determining if we are a good fit. This time is not billable to the potential client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of on-boarding a client is quick and easy for the client. Typically, an interview to understand what they're looking to receive, candid discussion about expectations, then, if we align, we agree on a fee structure and begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degrees are in Business Admin. with a concentration in Marketing, Sociology, and Economics. I've been an entrepreneur for 30+years, have worked for a Fortune 500 company, bought, sold, and started my own firms plus have helped a great number of folks. It's always fun!
