- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like an 8 hour day at $300. I have a guarantee that you will be completely satisfied or you will not be billed. I have never had to use that guarantee. You will be amazed what I can get done in one day. 4 hours is my minimum, at $150.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone has different needs, and comfort levels when working with someone they don't know. In a very short time, you will feel relaxed and know that your job will be tackled. I show up with all of the tools, such as folding tables for sorting, rolling racks for closet edits,tool box, garbage bags, bins......whatever you need, I usually have it.....and if not, I definitely know where to get it for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of retail background, merchandising and management. I managed a 16 million dollar business, with 22 employees. I began working my own business in 2009. I have great references from a variety of clients around the country. On my website, I have included testimonials. I am doing what I am passionate about, and I am skilled to produce outstanding results for my clients.
