Deep cleaning of the pad under the carpet to remove the order failed. Not sure if it was their fault. Cost was high with all for nothing.

The king of clean did a pretty good job trying to clean a pair of very dirty sofas. He was having a rough day and I had been misquoted a price, but he did a great job and the sofas look much better than they did! Only complaint is the over spray of water, seems like there should have been drop sheets or something put out or a warning to move anything within 5 feet of the sofas

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge 50.00 a room. I do not charge for stairs or landings. If my client is Military, Police, Fire, or EMS I give a 10% discount providing that they can show proof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what my clients needs are and address those needs and to ensure the client that their needs will be met and that they will have a positive experience with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a Commercial Company for 5 years cleaning carpets in church buildings all over Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. I have been to many classes that ranged from new cleaning products to new techniques in the industry.
