Working with Rick has been a really good experience so far. I had a few items that I wanted a career coach to help provide feedback/guidance on and I really think working with Rick will help through these items. One item is more of the solid goal planning I think most professionals may want to seek assistance with from time-to-time. As the CEO of a company in a similar industry, I am looking forward to his perspective as we work through that process. Another item is not as streamlined as goal planning but offering guidance on challenges faced at work. Rick shares a very fresh perspective which balances individual awareness to situational reality (i.e., how are you as the client experiencing the actual challenge at work). Rick is astute and catches onto dynamics very quickly so he is able to assess situations -- this is likely the most important skill a career coach can bring to helping with these situations. I am early into this process with Rick and I already feel that his offerings have helped me gain a new perspective on #2 so that I can focus on #1. It's time well spent to invest in yourself within your career and I believe Rick will help compliment that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to be competitive. I will charge and hourly rate based in needs and complexity of the request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer chooses me we will arrange our first meeting via email or phone. I expect to be paid at the end of our fist meeting. I expect our sessions to be 1-2 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with consultants on business strategy and personal development. I have also worked with employees in my business and have success developing them to their fullest potential
