FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on location and type of training. Each office visit session is $75 which includes a check in, corrective evaluation, customized corrective program, word document detailing the step by step directions with pictures, as well as support via email or phone. I have a number of different payment plans to meet the needs of the individual. From monthly memberships to packages of sessions there are great options for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a break down of what the client is experiencing, what their goals are and a review of their health history. Next, I will walk the client through a postural evaluation taking a look at all for sides in front of a plum line. I will locate landmarks that help to reveal imbalances in the pelvis, hips, back and shoulders. This evaluation will give me the basis to create a corrective exercise routine for the client. I will walk them through the program and send this program home with them to practice daily on their own. check ins usually come between 1 and 2 weeks following the initial eval and program walk through. A new program will be created upon our next meeting. Once balance is achieved, a stability and strength routine is developed, also in a customized fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in exercise and sports studies, my CES (corrective exercises specialist) certification through NASM, a level 3 certification in postural analysis, and five years of experience training and addressing people's muscle and stuctural imbalances as well as fitness, weight loss and muscle development
