FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Patients come to my office either for Chiropractic care or care for nutritional/internal disorders. A new patient "Chiropractic" visit typically consists of gathering a thorough medical history, performing a physical exam, discussing my report of findings and the first treatment for $90. The treatment may include a combination of adjustments, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural correction, electro-stimulation, ultrasound, etc. Follow-up visits are either 30 min for $70, 15 min for $50, or adjustments only for $30. The 30 min and 15 min visits are for patients who require more attention due to their individual needs. Quick adjustments are typically more for patients who are feeling well and are looking to stay well. A new patient "nutrition/internal disorder" visit is also typically 60 minutes and consists of the same history, exam and report of findings process followed by a treatment plan and possibly specimen collection for $120. All recommended laboratory testing will be discussed and agreed upon ahead of time and is an additional cost. Follow-up visits consist of health coaching, customized diet and lifestyle modification plans, blood or other specimen collection, report of findings of labs, report of findings of drug interactions, etc. 30 min for $75.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New patient visits for Chiropractic care typically consist of taking a thorough medical history, performing a physical exam, giving the patient my report of findings of the history and exam followed by a Chiropractic treatment, which can be a combination of adjustments, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic exercise, postural correction, ultrasound, etc. A new patient visit for a nutritional / internal medicine issue consists of the same kind of history gathering, exam, report of findings and treatment plan along with a detailed review of blood work and medications prior to the follow-up visit. Patients are encouraged to ask the doctor as many questions as necessary to feel satisfied with their experience.
