Watershed uses many types of tools and techniques to help clients heal- no two people are the same- and no one form of therapy is best for all. Each clients needs are put first, and a plan is co-created by the you and I. You are always the most important person in the room! Humans often find ourselves stuck in old patterns, habits, and ways of existing that leave them feeling disconnected and wondering, "How did we get here?" Each of us is made up of experiences across our lives; I facilitate the process in which you can learn to experience life in a more fulfilling manner- with hope and promise. I look forward to working with anyone who is curious about how they might make meaningful change in their lives -be it a couple, family or individual. Our time together can offer you a deeper understanding of your self and ALL of your relationships. It is an honor to be a part of your story! In a time of real need, I went to Lisa to help me deal with a terrible tragedy; I had lost my brother to suicide. I was not sure how I was going to make it through this tragedy. This is by far the hardest thing I have had to deal with in my life. Through this tragedy, Lisa has been by my side. Even though this is something I will deal with for the rest of my life, Lisa has helped me learn how to cope and go on. Lisa is a very intuitive and sympathetic listener. She knows just the right time to interject relevant, helpful advice and techniques for any situation. I highly recommend using Lisa for help in dealing with any challenging life issues. I will continue to use Lisa whenever a time of need arises.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My range is from $100.00 for individual therapy and up to $130.00 for couples counseling and family therapy. I do have 2 slots for sliding scale clients and can offer a super bill for reimbursement for your insurance. I am willing to work within your needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer clients an opportunity to meet me for a free 20 min. consultation at my office with no pressure or financial obligation. This gives you an opportunity to meet me and see my office before making a decision to work together. Come in and see how it feels! Once we decide to begin working together, we plan and set goals that will work for your personal needs. This is ALWAYS co-created by both you and I.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the field of counseling for 14 years in various ways. My training is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, EMDR, Trauma informed Therapy, Mindfulness, and EFT for couples counseling.
