    Daniel scheduled a time for the job on a Thursday, for which he never showed up. After I called twice, I spoke with him and he said he had flat tire and no cell service, and couldnt make our appointment, despite the fact that on my end, I had to cancel clients to wait for him. He explained he would call in the morning to set up a time in Saturday...I never recieved any follow up call. Absolutely horrible customer service. Im sure from the positive reviews, Daniel must indeed be a proficient worker, and yet in this case, he completely failed. I am not even angry...only hugely disappointed in All-Pro Treadmill Service. Based upon his completion of my Power Tower, I had planned to recommend him to some of my many clients, who have home gyms, treadmills and equipment, not to mention the private gym owners who often look to me for handy recommendations. Well this is a missed opportunity.

    The man serviced my treadmill and replaced the belt. Seemed to know exactly what to do and did a good job.

    Dan quickly diagnosed the problems (failed motor and worn walking belt) with my treadmill. He ordered the new motor [lifetime warrantee] from the manufacturer. On a second appointment, Dan installed the new motor and belt in less than 30 minutes. Labor costs were quite reasonable.I could not be more satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend All Pro Treadmill Service.

    I own a small gym and up until meeting All Pro, I had been using the same company for several years with horrible results. The same problems they said they fixed kept happening and they were over priced. That is when I called All Pro. Not only did they fix the recurring problems that I was having, but they also educated me on what the parts and labor really were for my issue and did not try to upsell me on problems I didn't have. I found them to be very honest, super knowledgeable and the experience I had was over the top. I recommend All Pro to anyone who has cardio and you want it fixed and not oversold. Thank you Dan!

    Dan was on time and super professional. He worked around my difficult work schedule. He serviced treadmills at both my work and my home in one call. He's now our "Go To Guy". Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently found a customer who was told she needed a $900 part to repair her high end treadmill. We diagnosed and found the problem to be a loose wiring issue. No new parts were needed. We strive to NOT have to replace parts. Our goal is to save our customers money.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Call us. Know what brand and model of equipment you have. Be prepared to describe the issue over the phone if you would like a verbal over the phone assessment prior to setting up a service call. Keep in mind, no one can diagnose exactly over the phone but a general diagnostic can be discussed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Know your equipment. Most want a price up front. This is not a problem but we need to know what brand and model we will be working on. Not because our diagnostic fee is different per brand or model, but rather so we can quote you prices of parts that MIGHT be needed, if needed.
