Professional, Polite, Prompt, Personable - The Perfect Plumber! Morgan is more than a plumber - he is the Construction Specialist that we all dream of having for our plumbing projects. Morgan saved me and rectified a large project that was done incorrectly by another plumber. A year prior to meeting Morgan, I hired a different plumber that was recommended through another app. Unfortunately, the other plumber would not admit that he was not qualified to do the detailed scope of work that was needed to re-plumb and install this type of standalone cast iron tub and its fixtures. He wasn’t interested in following directions from the manufacturer or listening to me, so he cut pipes too short, didn’t center the plumbing to fit the tub, and ultimately, the tub kept leaking. He was unable to admit that he was in over his head, unwilling to fix his mistakes, and incapable of making it right. Morgan Butler has an impeccable work ethic. He explained that he was going to start over with a clean slate so I would not have any more problems going forward. He explained each step he took and why it would be the best thing for this installation. Without an unkind word, he also identified why the other work that was done was causing the leaking problems. Morgan was so patient and listened to everything I said. He read the instructions and viewed installation videos from the manufacturer. He remedied our plumbing issues and I have never had one problem since he took care of us. Morgan is humble and kind, and it gave me great comfort to hear him say that even though he has been a plumber for decades, each job is different and he doesn’t take anything for granted. Morgan and his crew operate with the highest standards. They were on time, spotless, and extremely efficient. Morgan’s customer communication is impeccable. While he is extremely intelligent and highly experienced as a plumber, I find him to be authentic and a man of great character. You will find him to be straightforward, honest, and ethical. We had a great experience with Butler Plumbing, they took our small hallway bathroom and transformed it. Morgan and his crew were on time every day and finished the work on schedule. He was accessible when we needed him, even late at night he responded to a phone call. Thank you Morgan we are very happy!!

Morgan delivers a first rate in home plumbing/bathroom repair service. My building has older plumbing and my shower faucet valve stem had hardened into place. On the advice of a friend I used Thumbtack for the first time ever. Morgan responded within minutes of my inquiry. I sent him a photo and he immediately diagnosed the repair. After arranging with my building to shut the water off, Morgan arrived exactly at the time we agreed. He was ready to work and handle business. My shower is now equipped with a full modern faucet setup and he even fixed the track on the shower door.
