- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts and packages for bookings depending on the length of time but it never hurts to ask! I'm very flexible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually new customers will want to do a meet and greet to get to know me, my doggy and my home where I do boarding and daycare.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had pets my whole life and as I started my business I got a lot more training with pets and getting to understand more and more different type of pets.
