My taxes were delivered to me 48 hours from the time of our first meeting. My Federal and State taxes were completed. My city taxes were calculated, folded in an envelope and the address for my city taxes were printed on the envelope. The stamp was included as well. All I had to do was sign my city tax form and place it in the mail. Very professional. Thank you very much for you professionalism and promptness.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I want to find out what type of situation the customer is in. 2. Ask questions to the customer to ensure that I understand the situation as a whole correctly. 3. I will create a game plan for the customer to attack with. 4. I want your business for life. I handle all customer situations with care and I pay attention to detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. I have been preparing taxes as well as the other Business Services that I offer for over five years now.
