- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standards are a good rule of thumb to go by, yet every home and customer has something unique they specifically need completed and there are variables that must be addressed before a proper estimate goes to invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone consultation to gather general idea of customer needs, also give customer an out line of how we do on site estimates and set a time to meet. 2. Meet & Greet w/ customer ask more questions and listen to the needs and wants and help customer and make best decision for there budget and vision. 3. Follow through w/ all preapproved services & and allow customer to approve and finalize services rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25+ years experience in home improvement trends, we provide everything from house cleaning to yard maintenance, and painting and remodeling.
