Introduction: In addition to managing for others, we are property owners/landlords ourselves. We understand property management from all sides of the business, especially yours. That is where we started...as owner operators.
The relationships. I love that my job doesn't end with helping investors just by a house. We really work to find and purchase the right asset for their portfolio. I enjoy developing relationships with them over years as they buy their first...or 10th (or more!) properties and we help them meet their financial goals professionally renting that house out...in effect letting someone else pay it off for them!
