What makes Hector great is that he listens to your needs and wants from a personal training experience and then builds a program around it. He knows the proper technique, but makes sure that you are having some fun during the process. He quickly learned that I do not like to know how many reps are left (so he keeps track) and that I like to be distracted through the process (so he tells me stories or asks me questions to keep my mind occupied on anything besides the pain!). Lastly, what puts him above and beyond is that he checks-in post-workouts to know what is working and offers support on a personal level such as wishing me luck on a big day at work and/or sending me YouTube links for stretches to ease post-workout pain. I have been very impressed by Hector's professional nature and his knowledge. I have to say, working out with him is sometimes the highlight of a long and busy work week because I come out feeling stronger and healthier every time. He encourages me and doesn't let me slack. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based on my knowledge and many hours studying from mentors and other coaches. There are no fees added to the cost as I like to be more transparent with people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Start with an assessment to figure out what your needs are. We will go over goals, injuries, things that have/haven't worked in the past, and then figure out how to get you feeling better!
