They were willing to spend extra time locating the source of the problem before estimate. Although I suggested, time and material rate to complete the work. The husband and wife team seem honest and do live close by. So we will consider them for other projects too.

We got several quotes to clean and update our crawl space, and Ana and her team provided the best price and quickest responses. On the day of the job, they showed up early and finished the entire area much faster than expected. Even with such a fair price and quick job time, I was extremely satisfied with the results!

PNW saved my ceiling. After waking up to a leak through my bathroom vent, I contacted PNW and they were able to come out that afternoon. They analyzed the issue, sealed the vent and arranged to return for a permanent repair. All of this for a very reasonable price, considering it was an emergency visit. I was amazed and very grateful. I look forward to working with them should I ever need roof repair or replacement.
