Very unreliable. They booked us for Saturday at 3. His wife messaged me and said they were running late. They said 430. At 5 they were still no shows with no estimated time of arrival. So my husband and I canceled and did everything ourselves. Last thing we needed after pulling a trailer all the way across the country for 11 days! See pictures below of be conversation I had with his wife. I thought I would give them a chance even though their reviews said that they were unreliable. I’m sorry that we we're not there at the time set. we do also have a 2 hour window from the time we set the move. This is stated in our about me. That we set a time and have two hours from that time to show up. we were within the two hour time frame and you told us not to come so we were respectful of your wishes and cancelled your move as requested. We're sorry that this move didn't work out at no one's fault but ours but please always remember all moving company's have a arrival window for this reason that some jobs go over the estimated time.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We beat most if not all prices and sometimes issue discounts! We have a two hour minimum that includes two movers and a truck at $95/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Making sure the customer is comfortable, figure out a game plan and go from there. We first figure out a date they want to move then ask how many bedrooms, stairs, elevators etc. We also let the customer know there’s a travel fee if they are out of our service area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was the lead on several different moving companies and learned valuable skills in which taught me how to run our own business now. I guess you can say I've studied over 10 years of moving and pretty much have it down to a science.
