Introduction: Chad J. Ducklow began his career as a Child Protection Social Worker. Chad worked with young children, adolescents, and adults during his ten years as a Social Worker. He then decided to obtain Master Degrees in the field of education. Chad taught for 6 years and then became an assistant principal and principal for 3 years. Chad has many years providing both one on one instruction as well as whole class instruction. "As both a Social Worker and Educator, I could see that many students benefit from one on one instruction. While working with students I could see that obtaining one on one instruction was extremely important to them. I started Success4Life to help them reach this goal." Success4Life will come to you. Success4Life will provide all materials that are needed to help you become successful. I understand that all students have a different learning style. Every child's tutoring session will be individualized per that child. These plans will be discussed with the child and parents. An individualized monthly report will go out to the parents updating them on what has taken place and what needs to be worked on. Pre-assessments will be utilized to determine what child needs in order for them to be successful in their Educational needs. Short assessments will also be utilized during each session.
