Introduction: SG Fitness Solutions offers individual and small group training in a private, professional training studio. After an initial FREE workout and consultation I craft a program designed specifically to the needs of the client. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to training but rather in meeting each client's unique needs with an equally unique training program. The most rewarding part of the job is seeing clients meet their health and fitness goals then helping them set new, higher goals to work toward. Success comes in many forms unique to each client, offering a unique reward with every goal accomplished.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate for a 30 minute individual session is $25, $40 for a two person session. Base rate for a 60 minute individual session is $40, $60 for a two person session. Sold in packages of 5, 10, 20, and 30. The more you buy the more you save!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free session and consultation followed by individual program design based on assessment and needs, followed by purchase of training package

Masters in Exercise Science CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine
